No matter if you are juts getting into rugby or if you remember the years and games in this book it is a must read. I cried with laughter at some of the stories. I recalled many of the games. It gives a wonderful insight into the game at all levels.

This book is an entertaining insight into the world of professional and amateur rugby. A great present for Dad's who love rugby.

It's not a book that you will feel compelled to sit down and read in one go - but to be honest I'd be suprised if that's what you are expecting. A good read for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

I have only just got to Chapter 1 of this book and have already been howling laughing at some of the stories Lawrence tells. If the rest is as good as the first 20 pages or so, I am in for a treat!

I bought this book for my husband for Christmas and read it before I gave it him. It is well worth reading and at times hilarious.

This book is a great anecdotal view of many characters in the old amateur days of rugby union.
It dances from one story to another with great aplomb.
When looking for an easy read, and wanting to put a smile on your face pick this up.
