5.0 out of 5 stars Creating beautiful worlds with just words, not pictures. 4 Jan. 2013
By Kris Andres - Published on
Children's books without pictures are a rarity these days, which is sad because kids need more of such. Letting children read without the support of illustrations lets their imagination run wild, just like what this book has done to a 32-year-old man like myself. Each story is written using a language rich enough for children. My personal favorite is the story about a troll who loves to cook because it teaches children a valuable lesson about acceptance and tolerance, something our world needs more of.
