Works just like it says on the box.
Even cooking and simple to use.
Robust and well built.

Annoying fact: The timer is fixed, 1, 3, 5 minutes etc.
So if the Chicken Vindaloo says 4 mins, stir and 4 mins, you end up just doing 5 mins, stir and 3 mins instead because you can't be bothered to clock watch.

Still it does cook exceedingly good Vindaloos....

For: White, small, heats well, simple to use.
Against: The timer, the timer, the timer.

Not only does it have a restricted number of increments but they have to be worked through one at a time each accompanied by an annoying beep, for example reaching three minutes requires pressing the timer button several times. Worse, there is no clock or countdown, so you cannot tell precisely how much longer the timer has to run.

In summary, no complaints about the build quality or the cooking ability, but feel very disappointed about the bad design of timer.

I returned the item to Amazon who made a fast return of the cost. I found it impossible to use, with the ease I was used to with previous micro ovens. It only allows six timing duration options, and if you want to time something outside those options you have to stand by the unit and keep incrementing, or interrupting the process. I found it most unsatisfactory for the use I required. Also; The Daewoo guarantee seemed to say that they would only replace or cancel the contract if I returned the item unopened. How can you possibly try an item out if you are not able to open it???Daewoo. Amazon did however make the very speedy return of the cost plus postage which was most impressive.Daewoo KOR63MDCL 800W 20 Litre Touch Microwave Silver
