As Always with Amazon first class service, fast delivery. Very pleased with product. The Daewoo KOC9Q1TSL is brilliant, large oven capacity, powerful Grill, good convection oven and not too big even with a 28 litre capacity. The door opens easily, where as with my previous microwave a Delonghi I had to hold on to the cabinet and yank the door open.

we have been using this microwave now for a few weeks and must say it appears to be the best microwave I've ever steam cleaning facility it has is a superb idea and works very efficiently. What's more when using the convection oven facility it extremely quick and when finished cooking event enters cooling mode with the firm continues to run and cools the insight down quicker, overall it very easy to use looks smart and does a lot for the money I would certainly recommend this item anyone wishing in the microwave you will not be sorry.

Looks lovely. Cleans well. Lots of nice features (pre-heating of oven, steam cleaning)However the grill was barely effective.
Crucially the turntable failed to work more than intermittently. Don't know whether this is a one in a million or a one in a hundred defect but it rendered the item useless so it has been returned within a week

This is the second machine as the first went mad & overheated.
I am not happy about giving a review as my first model over-heated to the extent that after 12 minutes, my potatoes were cinders. This was on Convection & almost caused a fire. Read more

poor quality and possibly dangerous

Didnt work
Tried to Microwave a potato zapped it on and off for over 45 mins. At the end it was still cold. Would not even heat up a cup of water. Returned item for refund.

used twice and then it fired!
only had this for 31/2 weeks two of then i was away and did not use it . on second time of using it it fired it self melting the door. not impressed.
