I just received this Mediaplayer a couple of days ago, it was delivered in super quick time by KJGlobal. OK, the unit is a little bit more expensive than other Mediaplayers like the Popcorn Hour A-110, but the build quality is excellent, its nice to look at, very compact and the Graphic User Interface is simple. It has two USB 2.0 ports...just plug in a USB external drive and your up and running in no time at all, or you can install an internal hard drive, which again is simple to do (i am not the most technical person, so if i can do it anyone can.) The unit took me about 5 minutes to get everything the way i wanted it. It has an easy to understand manual and firmware support via the internet. I played a dozen large MKV files in quick succession with no stuttering or frame drop of the picture at all. I havent looked fully into all the features of the DVICO M6500A as yet... but the unit does everything it says it can so far... theres no hype, this is a classy mediaplayer.

It just plays anything that you throw at it. MKV files of 18GB of bluray HD runs without any freeze from the hard disc. From the Network, for HD files of up to 4-5GB it is still good (depending on your network connection of course, I use the Main Electricity plug network) . I recommend to set it up to network and add another 1TB hard drive and there is nothing that you can't watch.
