Fantastic service, ordered the bed yesterday and it came today wow now thats what i call prompt service. I bought one last month and was a bit dubious because of its cheap price but my guests absolutelly loved it so i got another one, will be buying another one very soon. Highly recommended

The initial mattress which came with this bed was of extremely poor quality and I was very disappointed. However within minutes of mentioning this in my review I was contacted by the company who sent me a superior quality mattress within 24 hours. I thought this was excellent customer service and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Brilliant value for the money. I bought this bed for my 15 yr old daughter and she finds the mattress is really comfortable!!
Only downside was the divan base had been slightly damaged in transit. Part of the material had been worn away, it appeared to have been dragged along the ground at some point. That is a courier issue, not the fault of the seller and it's hidden by the valance sheet. For what I paid for the bed it's not a big problem.
