This is a nice enough watch BUT not the watch with the black strap as described and the one I wanted- it is GREY. I contacted Amazon through whom the item was ordered but they couldn't help other than to give me a refund or the third party telephone number. I wanted to establish whether there was actually the black watch available! I have tried to call and have emailed the third party company but have never had a response so have been unable to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Don't order this watch if you want a black one. If you look more closely at the product details(which I did when the product didn't match the description) I found that there is conflicting detail.
