Heat transfer base
Better pan heating with the Sensai heat transfer base. Heat travels from the centre of the base along ridges. At the end of each ridge, the heat then jumps out onto the next ridge. Heat moves further out on the base and up the sides of the pan providing complete coverage around the whole pan.

Non-stick coating
Sensai cookware is coated with QuanTanium, a three layer non-stick coating engineered by Whitford, doubly reinforced with titanium, so resistant to damage that the products can even be used with metal utensils.

Sensai lifetime guarantee
Sensai cookware is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under intended normal household use for the lifetime of the product. Should this cookware fail to perform, due to defects in materials or workmanship, William Levene Ltd will repair or replace it free of charge or if the product is out of production, a similar valued pan will be substituted. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by overheating, misuse, accident, abuse or negligence.

arrived today very fast super saver delivery, this wok Is so solid
I am very impressed with the overall quality of this, even the lid is solid and the styling is very chic, Its a lot bigger than it looks and heated up really well, the non stick coating looks amazing you can see the triple layer swirls inside the wok, I have only used it so far to steam some fish and It worked flawlessly.

Iam looking to buy some more items from the sensai range, I must admit forty quid for a wok seems a lot but in this case you really do get what you pay for, I would not hesitate to reccomend this product for anyone looking for a superb piece of kit, Just buy one!!!

Have had this wok for about 5 months. Positives: It's able to cook quite a lot - enough fried rice/noodles for 3-4 adults. The non-stick coating has been great so far and everything cooks evenly. Negatives: I find it quite heavy, making it difficult to toss but maybe I'm just weak-wristed?? Also, the black part of the handle is not heat-protected, which I discovered by accident! The silvery coating on the lid handle is not permanent and has rubbed off through contact with the top of the kitchen cupboard. Having no dishwasher, I wash the wok up by hand but it's a bit too large to fit in the sink. However, although I have mentioned more negative points than positive, I think the negatives are pretty superficial and are outweighed by the wok's good cooking quality.

This sensai wok is the bee's knee's.the quality is outstanding, nothing sticks with or without oil.So easy to clean, holds the heat well and looks good and a lifetime guarantee !
