Here are a few suggestions to get you started: Try using fresh thyme leaves, orange zest and olive oil for a tangy oil dressing great drizzled on a piece of grilled or pan-fried steak. Shake up some garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and seasoning for a delicious pesto smear on bruschetta or serve drizzled over some slices of mozzarella.
