About the Author
Christopher Stuart is an industrial designer and artist based in Indianapolis. He runs Luur Design (www.luurdesign.com). He was formerly Senior Industrial Designer at Thomson Consumer Electronics and has been a consultant for brands such as Panasonic, Cisco, Philips, and Heinz.

This book is a delight, full of really quirky, modern ideas by young designers with instructions on how to create them, everything from light fittings to shelves, but not one of them in any way 'normal' or boring.

i liked this book very much, i think that most of the furniture that is described in the book is not to hard for DIY, but some models are very difficult.
