I've been looking for a cable to output from my Lenovo T410 for ages, this fits the bill perfectly.
Worked immediately for video and set audio output in control panel (Win 7), bingo!

Works as expected, enabling me to connect my Lenovo Thinkpad w510 to a HDMI device. Took some time to get sound working, but that a Lenovo issue.
Cable feels good quality and durable, for bringing on the road, connecting and disconnecting it many times.
