If you can set a digital watch, you don't require instructions for this, I had it up and running within minutes of receiving it.
Pros;
« I have a weather station and the readings are about the same.
« Set up in no time at all
« Fast delivery. Wow
« C% and F% for those who want it in real money ;)
« Robust and display reasonably well laid out
« Only had it for a few hours so will update if I hit snags

Cons;
« Forget the alarm and hourly chime, you would have to be a bat to hear it, who needs it though?

I bought this to make sure I wasn't using my dehumidifier to the extreme, as it checks out with the weather station I am more than happy to recommend it.
4 stars, give it 5 and it will go up in price.
Oh, I have just noticed the photo, it must have been taken in a sauna. 45 to 55% is the ideal range. My dehumidifier is factory set to switch off between 50 & 55% (Ebac uk)

UPDATE

I bought another one of these as my mum had acquired the first one; well actually we gave it to her expecting to reorder when we got home. The price had shot up but now it is, at the time of writing, back to a sensible price I bought it, now the crunch.
The design has changed; reset and F to C are under the stand, not very convenient.
The time/date display toggles every 5 seconds (most irritating).
Certainly the sound is way louder on this one but I don't use it, just thought I would keep you informed.

This product is excellent for the price point. I did a comparison with some calibrated instruments and it was near dead-on accurate for all intents and purposes (temperature within 0.2C, humidity within 3% checked at about 22C and 45% humidity). The only thing I could not test was the accuracy of the clock but it appears to keep good time.

It is a great product for measuring Temp/Humidity of home and indoors, I have bought this item after doing lot of research and finally ended with this as value of money. Few more features that is not mentioned on the website, the clock stores Min and Max temperatures and the Min/Max humidity levels as well. Accuracy level is +/- 1 degree & Size of clock is bigger than I was anticipating. All in all a wonderful product. Highly recommended, go for it guys!

This seemed the best choice for the functions I needed, without paying for too many functions I wouldn't use.
The unit is big but somehow manages to be unobtrusive: The contrast on the display is enough so I can read the display from across the room, but low enough to not be in your face. It blends in well, and I find the layout and design of it very pleasant.

The instructions are basic but time and date are very easy to set. Hold "mode" button for 2sec, and the first adjustable value starts flashing ("24hr" in my case). Press "Adj" button to change the value (for example "24hr" to "12hr" clock mode, or press repeatedly when setting time or date to make the numbers go up). When you've set the value you want, press "mode" to go to the next value.

There's one thing I really don't like: It makes an ear-piercing beep sound every time you press a button. It's about as loud as the battery warning beep on my smoke alarm, and as far as I know it can't be switched off. (That kind of customizability would be too much to ask at the price, but I wish I'd known.)
So no chance of checking min/max temp or setting the alarm or anything like that without making half the house jump/wake up. I'm contemplating trying to disable (well, destroy) the beeper element, since I can do without the alarm function.
If you, however, have impaired hearing or difficulty waking up this could be a big plus. I have a disabled partner who has sound hypersensitivity, so for us it's a minus.

The other thing is quality control. The plastic and screen of the unit look great, sturdy, not cheap looking at all. Proper ABS plastic. BUT they seem to have been assembled in a rather dusty place.

The LCD display was blank after inserting the battery. No matter what I did, the display remained blank. Battery was tested and was OK. Unfortunately, I didn't try to use this product until a few weeks after it arrived (it took about 3 weeks for delivery), and now I've found out that the seller won't accept returns after this period. Accordingly, it's going to have to go in the bin. It wasn't expensive, but that's not the point. Avoid this product, as it is very poor quality.

Does exactly what I want it to, that is give me an approximate reading of the humidity and temperature which, despite being told that for this money it would be inaccurate, seems to concur with my room temperature thermostat and my dehumidifier's humidistat. In addition to that you also get a clock and an alarm. Screen is nice and big but the unit itself can sit happily un-noticed on a shelf. Good buy.

This product is definitely a thermometer first, and everything else second. The speed and accuracy of the thermometer are excellent, and it adjusted to my home temperature after delivery within 2 minutes. If you are monitoring temperature changes closely and need accuracy, then the memo function will also prove very helpful.

I have no specific interest in temperature monitoring, but just wanted a desk clock that showed me just how cold it is in my office. As such, this isn't very useful to me as the clock is only visible 60% of the time: The remaining display switches between the time and the date every 10 seconds. I don't know about you, but I don't need to know what day it is as often as what time it is.

Another annoying function is the earsplitting volume of the alarm beep, which is not adjustable. This beep also sounds whenever you press any button (including setting the time and date, or the alarm time). Everyone in your house or office will know when you are setting your clock, and it is likely to wake anyone sleeping in nearby rooms making it unsuitable for travel or anyone with young children. However, if you are hard of hearing or a very heavy sleeper this could come in very useful.

Not a bad product at all, just not what I was anticipating.
