For a couple of Years I have been using a Nikkai 9" TV in my caravan but when I upgraded to a Campervan I decided I would treat myself to a new TV.
I originally only wanted a TV no bigger than 16", but after returning a frankly terrible Tesco Essentials 16" TV I realised that nothing in this size would meet my requirements, so I started to look at bigger TVs. My requirements were 240/12v, HD, Freeview, VESA mounting, HDMI/VGA inputs and a USB slot which would play many video formats straight from a USB key.
I'm glad to say that this TV exceeded my expectations and 'so far' I'm very happy with my purchase.
The screen is very good for the price, has very little backlight bleed and has a very good picture when playing 720/1080p movie files. Infact I would go as far as saying that with a 1080p input (Xbox One through HDMI and full HD movie files via USB) It's nearly as good as my IPS LG pc monitor.
The viewing angles are good BUT It needs a little adjusting in the settings to eliminate the pinkish tint if you are viewing side on.
All movie file formats listed in the specifications (MPG,AVI,TS,MKV,DAT,VOB,MP4, FLV) have all played from a USB key, with the only exception of one movie stuttering a little due to bad encoding.
The build quality seems good and there is very little flexing when moving it using it on a desk stand.
The only real downsides is the picture is not brilliant when receiving standard definition Freeview (It's no worse than most others in this price bracket) and the speakers are not very loud.
I have this tv mounted in my Campervan using an Ergotron LX desk stand, and if you would like to see pictures of it then follow this link:
Lastly I will update this review with any further information I find, and I will try and answer any questions you might have.
