This is a really great action figure from DC Direct. Brilliant packaging, and top class high detail on the figure. He has been painted well, and has a batarang that he is clutching in his hand. I'm not sure if he comes with any other accessories though. The packaging really captures the mood and feel of the game using the right colours. Great figure get them while they are on amazon as i dont know where else you'll be able to pick these up!

I am not a collector of Batman memorabilia, I bought this toy for my son. He was looking for a really cool Batman action figure and it was very difficult to find, so eventually I turned to this despite the rather hefty price tag.
The figure came within two days, I originally wanted to cancel the order nine hours after purchase because I realized that the size was not big enough. I wanted a really large action figure, I was told however that it had already been shipped and that I would have to send it back once it arrived. Once I received it, I decided to keep it and see what my son would say when he opened it on Christmas eve. Suffice it to say he loved it and I was happy despite the fact that it is a little to small.
The proportions are spot on and Batman looks very lifelike and menacing, great detail and finishing with a nice rubber cape which makes it look and feel authentic.
I was a little disappointed because other than the cape, the rest is just your standard made in China plastic, for the price I expected more variety in material with even more texture and detail. Perhaps a rubber sole for the boot or gloves made of a textured plastic making it feel more lifelike. The dividing line between the face mask and the face could have been a little cleaner and maybe a little aluminium could be used for the boots or the top of the cape where it joins the shoulders.
With regards to production defects, the right calf is a little loose and turns a little too easily. The cape has a little piece missing about three quarters of the way down Batman's left side.
All in all my Son and I are happy with the figure, my wife reckons it's an absolute rip off, but I guess she doesn't really get the essence of Batman and I believe this figure does capture that unforgiving, determined, never quite essence which so typifies the Batman character.
