This was one of the best-reviewed products at the time I bought it. I'm very pleased with it too. I only use it for listening to the radio so can't vouch for the MP3 aspect but it's perfect for my needs. Can't think of any real downside except, perhaps, you have to de-activate the 'hold' button...
