All in all, I am very pleased with this bit of kit and it works great with the D-Link DIR-635 wireless N router. A bit of advice: if you already have a router, try to buy the same brand adapters for it - they will usually pair much easier and work better.
It installed ok but was showing up as 'disabled' in the wireless setup and I couldn't enable it no matter what. I went searching for an answer and found it: I had to access the adapter properties and uncheck 'NDIS 6 Filter' now it works fine.
A bit of work to do but I got there!
Reasonable range but if its through a wall/floor or two (when is it not) don't count on more than 20-25 metres.
Other than that I cant rate this higher than 3/5, it does what it was supposed to but not exceptionally well nor awfully poorly. I am quite tempted to rate it 2/5 for the awful D-Link software however that imposes itself on the user but as this can be ignored/bypassed so long as you throw away the instructions its not worth marking down for this alone.
