Cheap and its performance shows why.

This may at first seem like a good value router, but its really not a wise investment. The router does seem well constructed for the money, has decent range, average speed throughput, and a good, easy to configure user interface.
However where it really falls down is the limitation on connections and the unreliability of the firmware. I have had to reboot mine nearly every other day since it was installed. Whenever P2P traffic goes through it for any length of time it just freezes, does not forward to the internet and requires a restart.
It also advertises itself as Xbox compatible but using upnp it still only gives "moderate NAT" which is enough for the xbox live service but may not be good enough to play online games. The Sony PS3 however does work fine on upnp with no manual port forwarding reqd.
Given there is an 11 year HW warranty on the unit it is surprising that the latest firmware is nearly a year old, given the many reported problems with the current version.
All in all I would not recommend this to others especially if you have little network knowledge or are not technicall inclined. The lay-person should be able to switch this on and forget about it, but you are likely to need to be more involved than you would want just to keep it running.
