For 31 years, I've written and produced a 15-minute daily radio broadcast called The Heartbeat of the Home--radio drama/devotional thoughts--and written magazine articles and newspaper articles. I serve as the president of the 2000-member American Christian Fiction Writers.
Married to my childhood sweetheart, I live in the heart of Wisconsin. Surrounded by pine forests and cranberry bogs, I write stories of hope-that-glows-in-the-dark with the help of my plot-tweaking husband and the nearness of my three children and five grandchildren.
Words and wonder occupy much of my day. I've been moved by the power of story and trust that my readers will find the same true when they open a novel birthed in my imagination.
