What Other Items Do Customers Buy After Viewing This Item?
i have to say i love this box,i was nervous about buying a cyclone box as it is a new brand as far as i know but i decided to go for it and was not disappointed. i have other branded boxes but they are not available any more so i bought this one and its a 2tb i am using it for all my t.v stuff as i have movies on my other boxes, i also think the price is great for a 2tb box. when you get started the menu is very straight forward and so is the remote. its easy to set up, actually you just plug and play after you copy and paste your files, it came very well packaged it was protected in the post with lots of bubble wrap. i am very pleased with this item and i am going to buy my kids a box each, they are being faised out in favour of streaming i dont like streaming so i have all my files on this great 2tb box and i would recommend this box to all my friends and family
Bought this to hold all my media (music, photos & videos) as has a capacious 2TB hard drive. However, soon discovered that FAT32 is the only formatting option for Mac. FAT32 is not ideal as has a maximum file size of 4GB and many movies, especially Blu Ray are larger than that. Luckily I found the perfect solution, that is to format it to ExFAT which is Windows and Mac compatible and has no limitations on file size. The unit itself is a doddle to set-up and has a simple menu system. The picture via HDMI is excellent and it played 99% of files thrown at it. The odd file it can't play (a minority of .wmv files) was easy to convert to a different format. Copying files from my Mac hard disk was also reasonable quick. The only slight downside is that the remote control is not as intuitive and responsive as it could have been. It needs to be precisely pointed at the unit and the buttons need to be pressed hard. This sorted it would be 5 star material.
