Before the days of the internet, I struggled to find information about my newly discovered passion (one week I made no less than six trips to my local bike shop and five to my local library!). Now the tables have turned, this information is readily available online, but there is invariably too much! The reams and reams of information can be overwhelming, which is why I have written this book.

Book was quite short, although I was expecting a lot more from it. Would recommend it to anyone who is willing to take up cycling as a sport and a hobby although not recommended for anyone who has done the sport or hobby for a good number of years now and has a lot more knowledge than the book itself.
