Extremely varied cycling showing the full beauty of Cumbria,

The rides in the book range from incredibly tough off road rides in the heart of Lakeland to flat, gentle and beautiful coastal plain rides. I've lived in Cumbria for 30 years and hadn't realised the variation in scenery that these rides open up. A must for any cyclist.
