I purchased this as a Christmas present for a cycle-enthusiast colleague! He was very pleased with the book as it was one he did not have and was in fact thinking of buying. I believe he will be following the route(s) once the weather improves! I have put four stars as the rating, as although I haven't used the book myself my colleague seemed most enthusiastic about it.
