Don "the Dragon" Wilson tries his hand at sci fi(Not for the last time)..
Don is best known for his martial art movies (10 times world champion kickboxer) and although this is a sci fi it doesn't let the hard core Don fans down as there's plenty of high kick action as Don is pitted against another martial art champion-Richard Norton..
It's lazers and Kung foo in a weak plot but the action kicks hard from the start and doesn't seem to stop.
How he manages a love interest in the middle of this is anybodys guess with Killer Robot Cyber tracker hot on his heels as Don tries to prove his inocence in a world gone mad.
As with most B movies, the plot won't hurt your brain but the action really does go on non stop all through this very enjoyable movie.

Low budget sci-fi action 13 May 2008
By NoWireHangers - Published on Amazon.com
Format:DVD
With a movie starring Don The Dragon Wilson and Richard Norton, you don't expect great production values, and Cybertracker is a low budget movie, with futuristic technology that probably seemed old when it was released in 1994 and a story that echoes Terminator and RoboCop. But the story is entertaining and it has some good fights and should please most fans of cheesy low budget action/sci-fi movies.

Watchable SciFi Action Movie, Very Dated Effects 7 Sep 2009
By C. F. Hill - Published on Amazon.com

Cyber Tracker is watchable for fans of low budget SciFi action movies (like me). However, comparisons to Terminator or RoboCop are not warranted as this movie simply is not in the same league.

No plot spoilers from me; the movie is set in the not so distant future where the justice system has been turned over to a corporation (CYBERCORE) which uses computers to judge and pass sentence on criminals. We follow Secret Service Agent Eric Phillips (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) who has been framed for murder and sentenced to be, well, terminated by a Tracker.

Released in 1994, the special effects are seriously outdated (look for the 5.25" floppy disc sitting on top of a monitor) and not very believable. The car chases are really not much better and it is almost funny at times as cars become airborne and explode at the slightest provocation.

Where you would expect this movie to excel is in the fight scenes, and that is generally true. No doubt Don "The Dragon" Wilson is a talented martial artist, but there are far too hand to hand (foot to head) scenes and far too many poorly done shootouts.

Still, this was an OK movie if you don't expect too much other than a lot of explosions and some decent fighting.

I'll Take This "B" Movie Over A Coma Anyday 18 Sep 2005
By Angela J. Thorpe - Published on Amazon.com
Format:DVD
I've seen hundreds of Sci Fi movies over the years. This is one of those you'll wonder whether you've watched it or not a few years down the road. You just can't remember.

All in all, I figure it's still better to watch a so-so Sci Fi movie than "Dances With Wolves" or "Evita". This movie will end up being non-memorable, but it's preferable to being in a coma.
