Cy Dethan

Cy Dethan is a British writer who has quickly established himself within the comics industry, producing material for Markosia Enterprises, Mongoose Publishing and Insomnia Publications.

In 2007, Cy was hand-picked to take over the reins of Markosia's flagship ongoing series, Starship Troopers. He has subsequently written several creator-owned series for Markosia, including Slaughterman's Creed and The Indifference Engine as well as the art book Broadcast: The TV Doodles of Henry Flint.

Cy's first creator-owned book, Cancertown: An Inconvenient Tooth was a major independent hit, and a sequel, Cancertown: Blasphemous Tumours, was announced by Markosia in 2011 for publication in 2012.

Cy is also a contributor of short stories to several anthology publications including Layer Zero and Bayou Arcana. He is heavily involved the Unseen Shadows Transmedia Project, the brainchild of best selling amazon author Barry Nugent.
