Product Description

Product Description

Introducing Cuskiboo, the only baby comforter in Europe with NHS protocol. Used in UK hospitals to help with the bonding process and milk flow. This super-soft anti-bacterial bamboo baby comforter is designed to soothe, calm and reassure you and your baby. Cuskiboo is the natural alternative for parents who do not want their baby to use dummies or other sleeping aids.*Research has shown that babies with comforters are much happier and more secure as they progress through certain milestones in their lives.

Babies at about 9 months old can become very clingy to mum as they realise they are individuals and not part of their mothers. A comforter seems to help with this transition. The sense of smell is very important to infants and helps them feel secure and loved. Cuskiboo absorbs familiar scents that reassure your baby.

Unique concept: To help your child bond with Cuskiboo, mummy or daddy (or both!) sleep with Cuskiboo on the first few nights or more to transfer comforting scents to Cuskiboos’ super-soft material before introducing to baby. Your baby will associate Cuskiboo with reassurance and security, safe in the knowledge that mummy or daddy is always near by.

Cuskiboo also known as snuggle blanket, security blanket, blankie, cuddle blanket, cuddle cloth, comfort blanket, lovie and above all the best gift for babies!

Made from a soft cotton terry, machine washable at 40 degrees

6 lovely colours to collect.

Adheres to all relevant safety standards available.

Product Description

Manufactured from a special bamboo yarn, Pinkee-boo, the pink organic bamboo cuski-boo baby comforter. Cuski-boo is a new development in baby comforters that retains the original Cuski styling, in a natural shade with the word 'Cuskiboo' embroidered on the front of the body. The bamboo material has many wonderful properties - it is ultra absorbent, anti-bacterial and eco-friendly. Bamboo is highly sustainable and grows organically without the need for chemicals. It has a short growth cycle, is easily cultivated and is totally biodegradable. It is easy for your child to bond with Cuski. Mummy or Daddy sleeps with it on the first night to transfer their comforting scents onto its wonderfully special absorbent material. In the morning, give Cuski to your baby and they will naturally adopy a new friend. A Cuski comforter is a lovely gift for a mum to be, newborn baby or christening.

My baby got attached to sleeping with the fleecy comforters. as she liked to sleep with it on her face i bought the cuski fro peace of mind that it was safer. my little girl never took to it- the texture just wasn't the same for her. quite expensive for what you get,

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money 17 Mar 2014

High hopes for this product which when it arrived is basically a tennis ball sewn into a muslin. No real difference to just cheap muslin except for the annoying ball bit which only gets in the way. Only way it would improve my sleep would be if I sewed it into my husbands top for the nights he snores.

3.0 out of 5 stars So far, not so good :( 14 Jan 2013

I read all the reviews on this product, the NHS Protocols too and was so excited to order this thinking I would be able to replace the dummy for this and that she would show some/ANY type of interest in it.(shes 5 months old and grabbing things and playing with things now)AAAAND nothing!
It doesnt seem to provide her with any comfort when tired and grizzly and she doesnt even snuggle into it much when she goes to bed. I am going to hang onto it though in the hope that she will one day take an interest to it, meaning I havent wasted alot of money!
I have slept with it and offered it to her, does anyone have any other tips on how to help my daughter become more interested in this?!3
