Product Description

Curve, the nation's best-selling lesbian magazine, spotlights all that is fresh, funny, exciting, controversial and cutting-edge in our community. Curve brings you the latest in lesbian-related celebrity interviews, news, politics, pop culture, style, travel, social issues and entertainment. Curve tackles the tough topics, like "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," same-sex marriage, breast cancer and the challenges facing queer youth. Plus, we profile women who are making a difference, such as Meshell Ndegeocello, Rosie O'Donnell, the Butchies, Ani DiFranco, Ellen DeGeneres and k.d. lang. Find out why more women readers choose Curve over any other gay and lesbian publication. After more than two decades of publishing, Curve has achieved a level of prominence that keeps us in the spotlight. We've been named Best Gay and Lesbian Publication by the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), and we also took top honors in the category of Best Rock Reporting for our behind-the-scenes profile of Melissa Etheridge. Savvy, hip and intelligent, Curve is now delivered to your door 10 times a year.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great 7 Feb 2012
I'm really enjoying the kindle edition of Curve. I don't get a chance to read the paper edition regularly so now I am able to with this. It is directed mainly at the US women but still plenty to enjoy. Maybe Diva could follow suit?

1.0 out of 5 stars Not like other Kindle mags... 23 Mar 2012
By Yakia - Published on Amazon.com
I thought this magazine would be as snazzy as Glamour with the realistic full color pages, but it isn't. Too bad because I really like it and can't find the paper version here.. and I don't want to subscribe.

2.0 out of 5 stars Magazine Formatting NOT Appropriate for Kindle Reading 16 Mar 2012
By ally615 - Published on Amazon.com
When it comes to magazines or periodicals, you are better off buying a paper copy. It is not easy to thumb through or manuever from article to article, pictures are not clear or are tiny and cannot be seen at all. The format for Kindle is terrible!

4.0 out of 5 stars An Important Magazine 11 Mar 2013
By Vanessa Campbell - Published on Amazon.com
My wife and I have subscribed to Curve for years. It is a good way for us to feel connected to the lesbian community. It is important for lesbians to have a magazine like this. There are so few that are for and by proud lesbians. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that some of the writers/contributors to this magazine can be a tad bi-phobic at times. I would love to find a similar magazine that celebrates bisexuality, but until I do, we will keep Curve in our house.
