If you already have 'The Modern Indian Restaurant Cookbook' by Pat Chapman, do NOT buy this book. It's a reprint. It aggravates the hell out of me, very deceiving, and this is NOT the first time!

It is indeed magic, just like it promises.

Have tried 5 different curries out of this book and they were all nice, though of course I liked some more than others this would be a matter of taste.

What I found really good was that the rest of the family wanted to try some of the milder curries which personally I have tended to avoid, but they were truly delicious.

It does take quite a long time to make them but they are definitely worth the effort.
