I bought this book when it was first published, and have recently bought it again through Amazon as a gift for a family member. If you want to make a curry with a fresh, authentic flavour, this book has it all. We have stopped buying Indian takeaways now as they do not compare with the recipes in this book. I now make the balti masala paste recipe at least once a month and vary the sauce ingredients to vary the curry. IF you like cooking curries, then you must try making the pastes in this book.
