5.0 out of 5 stars A Beautiful Album 9 July 2003
Format:Audio CD
I bought this record on the back of reading some decent reviews. However, I was still blown away by the album's depth and maturity. 'Curious Liquid' defies musical convention, drawing on a wide and deep library of references from classical to funk, fusing rhythm and melody with deep felt emotion. Beautiful soaring melodies echo from stunning arrangements, all fusing seamlessly with chilling rhythms and laid back funky beats.
I would recommend this album to any person attempting to slow down, for an hour at least, their hectic lifestyle. An awesome achievement!

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good and laid back 17 Feb 2002
Format:Audio CD
I bought this album as a mystery buy and I was not disappointed. Nice lengthy tracks to sit back and unwind after a hard day at the office/work. I feel the 1st and 5th track are the best on the album, the 1st with its dark side and interesting beats. The 5th is a really happy track that would make any down person happy. I very happy about this purchase and hope that 'Weatherman' brings more material out.

5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant 16 July 2003
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
laid back beats, beautiful melodies, probably the most underated record...hmmm...ever. And i am seriously not winding u up. Just buy it, its the only solution. perfect to unwind to after a long day. u wont be dissapointed.. it really is unfair - u only hav to listen to the radio to find out how much rubbish there is being bought. And then a proper musician comes along like weatherman! and sells hardly any records.. wheres the justice???
