Neil Handley is Curator of the British Optical Association Museum at the College of Optometrists in London. He is Vice Chairman of the Scientific Instrument Society, a member of the editorial panel for the journal Ophthalmic Antiques, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers.
