Why didn't I buy this sooner? Works brilliantly on any HARD cheese, have also successfully shredded carrrot and potato and zested lemon. Kids love grating fresh parmesan at the table over their pasta (messy - but good fun).

Handy for citrus zest and easy to use. So far, it seems to be as good a quality as microplane graters.
Could have been slightly smaller and shorter though, as I bought it for for zesting alone.
Maybe, eventually, Cuisipro will bring out a more compact grater specifically for citrus zesting.
