Because the wok is non-stick, it means you only need a tiny drop of oil, making it great for preparing healthy meals in minutes. The temperature control probe allows you to control the heat to a maximum temperature of 230 degrees centigrade. The element on the base of the pan heats up really quickly and evenly.
