Pros: Easy to use, great crema, sturdy design, can be used to make tea and cocoa as well as coffee :) It comes with a stainless steel pitcher along with a tamp/scoop accessory
Cons: Steam wand drips slightly after use (make sure u put it over the drip tray to catch any water)
Conclusion: My husband and I LOVE this machine...have had it for a couple of days and can't say enough good about it. It has pre-programmed modes for one or two shots of espresso, but you get the best crema when two shots are drawn. As with all coffee machines, making a 'phantom' cup of coffee (just water with no coffee in the filter basket) gets the machine up to temperature. The steam wand makes gets the milk nice and creamy with plenty of foam & very little effort. It has a hot water function which gives you the perfect temperature for tea. We even use it to make cocoa by steaming the milk rather than heating it in a milkpot or microwave. All in all, a great machine and well worth the money!
