I was VERY diappointed with this seller and this process. I searched Amazon and found the perfect item, ordered it, including entering all of my personal banking information so that I could be charged. After charging my bank account, I recieved an email 2 days later from the seller saying that they could not find this item listed in their stock. I went back on your site Amazon.com and saw that this same seller was still listing this book, and stated they had 5 copies for sale. I feel like I was misled and am very frusterated over the transaction. My money was refunded, thankfully, and I will probably shop on amazon.com again (not anytime soon) but will take my book purchases elsewhere for now. I wish there was a better process to prevent this from happening from your other customers. Thank you for your time, good luck to you in the future.
