very railroaded scenarios, some nice background info, the horned ones were more silly than sinister, the special ops stuff was nice but all in all a missed opportunity.

3.0 out of 5 stars An interesting read but... 30 Oct 2010
By J. Nash - Published on Amazon.com
This is an interesting, if unessential, sourcebook for the very imaginative CthulhuTech RPG line. The art is pretty good and the fiction isn't terrible. What IS terrible is the overall value of the book. The price point is abominable - a $40 sourcebook that weighs in at a very light 144 pages. Even marked down by Amazon to a more reasonable $26 it still seems excessive.
