Even in its twelfth season this show never ceases to captivate the viewer. The departure of a leading character was sad but the new characters have helped the show continue growing in strength. Ted Danson is amazingly good in the role of the new supervisor D. B. Russell.

I have all of the CSI Vegas and love them all. Ted Danson is brilliant and I was worried that the show would flop with a new 'head guy'. Cannot wait for series 13.

This review covers the quality of the DVD rather than the show itself.
I have only watched the first episode of this box set, and have to say that the picture quality, while viewable, is not up to the usual standard of CSI sets - I have watched 11 series of CSI, 7 of CSI NY and 7 of CSI Miami, all of which were excellent quality.
Season 12, however, appears far less sharp, of a lower definition and even displayed some degree of pixellation, so I am unable to recommend it.
In fairness, the supplier has been very helpful and has offered a full refund upon return of the item, so no complaints about the supplier.
