If you are new to the Crystal Ki system, then this CD is perfect for you, because Janine guides you step by step through a treatment, teaches you how to do a tie cutting, and gives you a relaxing meditation as well. If time is short and you just have a few minutes, sit back and let Janine do the talking as she guides you through the process; it is also a good way to become familiar with the treatments. Crystal Ki uses Diamond energy, which is a very high vibration and is the most powerful healing system that I have ever experienced. Now I have used Crystal Ki, I do not want any other type of treatment. It is the most up to date healing system I know - designed for this century to reflect our rising consciousness; and particulary to help us as we struggle to cope with the influx of new energies on the planet, which is making life feel like being on a rollercoaster. Do buy one and use it - it will make a huge difference to your life.
