I've just bought my second one of these (after i lost the first) because out of all the reasonabley cheap cases out there this is the one i prefer.
It protects the mp3 player perfectly. My mp3 player was in this case for MONTHS and when i finally decided to take it out because the case was covered in scratches I found the the mp3 player was still in brand new condition ^_^.
All the ports are easily accessible when the case is on.
The case does gets scratched easily though but I don't really see this as much of a flaw as cases are bought so that THEY get damaged rather than the actual mp3 player, right?
The main downside is the belt clip. I wouldn't recommend using it. If you wear it for too long then it becomes loose and the mp3 player drops off. The case reduces the impact but everytime it's fallen off (at least 3 times before i gave up on the clip) the case has hit the floor and sprung open, throwing my mp3 player out.
If you're determind to use the clip I would glue it or on something and seal the case closed but it'd be much easier just to buy an armband

Great thing for protecting Your FUSE and fits perfectly. Why not 5 stars? Because of that belt clip which comes with it. It works (don't know how long it will last)but looks like DIY thing and very delicate. I love the case itself.

I have had my cover on my Sansa MP3 for about 6 months now. It has has a few scratches on it, which is exactly the point and has saved my player from what I am sure would be an un-usable state by now. All the functions are still easy to access through the case and I highly recomend it for good protection for your player. Totally see through also.
