In my judgement, this is an informative book on crystals and their use. I really enjoyed the sections on how to use crystals in healing. The book also explains how to program your crystals, and how to take care of them. A very detailed, useful book.

Simple tools for shifts in awareness and energy

While all of the techniques and tools contained within Bowman's second book on crystals are effective, I feel that too little attention was paid to the process of Ascension/Integration, especially within the context of changing times of our universe.
The applications within are fairly easy and require only quartz crystals with few other props. In terms of simplicity, this book does well reminding us that most of the tools, if not all, that we need along the path are contained within ourselves. Still, I would have loved to see more detailed information and more advanced applications of the basics of working with crystals.
