The T&G CrushGrind Capstan pepper mill is a true giant in the world of grinding. Standing over half a metre tall this mill would look beautiful on your dining table, but would not look out of place in any restaurant

The mill is fitted with a CrushGrind mechanism which carries a lifetime guarantee and is fully adjustable to give you coarse or fine grinding. The mechanism at the heart of the mill is ceramic so it will not rust or oxidise food and is hard enough to grind pepper, salt and most spices. It will even grind Fenugreek, the hardest of all spices. The CrushGrind mechanism has been independently tested to an equivalent of 200 years of domestic use.

The mills are easily filled by removing the screw-in stopper at the top of the mill.

This product is supplied in a presentation gift box.

    If you like ground pepper on your dishes then this just might be for you. It was bought as a present after sifting through a lot of peppermills. Chosen for its size (what was wanted was one like they usein the restaurants) it turned out to be well made and good value for money. Plenty of adjustment for coarse or fine ground and an appearance that would grace any table.

    Now a focal point of the kitchen and in regular use. Never makes it to the dining table, but as a kitchen grinder its great and a real talking point.

    The grinders clogged up quite soon after purchase and it became unreliable. As a result, we don't use it any more, which is a shame as it was quite expensive.
