The short-lived science fiction show "Crusade" had an interesting premise and an equally interesting collection of characters, all portrayed by a fine cast. An important complement to the show's mood and visual style was Evan H. Chen's musical score. Rather than go for the traditional "space opera" sound, Chen created a quirky, moody, occasionally playful sound.The selections on the "Crusade" CD include music that is suspenseful, elegant, and intriguingly weird. Odd-sounding vocals are used to spice up certain tracks, and some selections seem to reflect Asian musical influences. If you're a fan of sci-fi scoring but are looking for something daringly different, go on a "Crusade" with Evan Chen.

Evan is amazing, I will definatly be looking into the rest of his career and see what else he has done. 2 bad the CD doesn't have a disco track with Crusade Sayings Jammed together but you can't have everything....!

When I first heard that there would be a spinoff to babylon 5, I was happy but It wasn't until the day of the first epsiode that I knew that the music would be so good but it was now though I am dissaponted in the fact that TNT decided to cancel the series after only 13 episodes. Now if you are a Babylon 5 fan like I am you will want the music for its spin off Crusade.
