I purchased this book as I was searching for a way to maintain my weight, eat healthy and still satisfy my family. I use this book every meal! It's very easy to tweak recipes with what you have in the fridge while still watching you calorie intake. I had a problem with being organised in the kitchen and really lacked inspiration at meal times, this book as helped me make meal prep. a pleasure. I'm always inspired and have loved the dishes. I would buy (and have) another cookbook by Michelle in a second!
