Nice colour (doesn't show up the road splashes from the bike too much), very sturdy and well made. The velcro is strong, and so is a bit noisy when the bag opens.
It fits an a4 pad and a few other essentials, if you're not carrying a laptop. In case you were wondering, it doesn't really fit a ring bound folder.

I bought this as a gift and it has been used for over a year now and still looks brand new. These crumplers are not cheap but they are worth the extra over a cheap flimsy bag. As others have said the actual bag appears slightly darker than in the picture, but you should never judge colours from little web pics anyway. The colour is described as 'silver' which is more like light grey. It is fine and doesn't show up the dirt as much as a lighter shade would.

It seems white in the picture but it is dark grey. Disappointed. At least it fits to my netbook
