The Jimmy Bo 400 is perfect for your SLR and one mid-size zoom lens. It comes in four sexy colours (this one here is a handsome red, as you can see) and can be slung casually from your shoulder, in a devil-may-care sort of fashion, or strapped comfortably and securely around your waist using the same strap. You can even go one step further and fix the case to your leg courtesy of the hideable leg strap.
If you don't have an SLR, then you can slip your compact camcorder in here without any difficulty at all. If you don't have a camcorder, maybe you could use it to transport your packed lunch to and from the office or use it as a detachable third pocket for bulky items such as tennis balls, stationary or a selection of Star Wars figurines.

I use this bag in "waist mode" which is good for walking with both hands free and no swing to slow you down. This allows you to negotiate uneven surfaces. Mounted on the right hip, it's very quick to open the double-centred zipper and lift your camera out with your right hand ready to shoot. With practise perhaps 2 seconds! This is far quicker than my over the shoulder bags of the past which required a lot of fumbling to open and extract. The case itself isn't as well padded as I would have liked, all the padding is for the wearer which means it feels great but the bottom end where the lens is and the outer shell which will bump into things feel too light. The waist strap is about 2 inches wide and comfortable

Having owned many cameras and bags to go with them, i'v found this one makes the most sence.i can fit a nikon d80 with a 18-200 vr zoom into it with room to spare for ods and ends like a a spare battery and cards,and mabye a 50mm lens and there is still some room for a few more bits and pieces.(Though i would carry the camera/ zoomlens/spare battery and card just to keep it light)(just carry the things you need).i have found the best way to carry it is around the waist and fixed around your leg, it feels extremly light and comfortable and is easy to access.dont wear it on the front though! or it looks like a giant codpiece (the red one does anyway).that aside its well made, roomy, comfortable and easy to access.if you want a bag to carry a camera/zoom lens on day trips or where you just dont want to carry to much kit you will not go far wrong with this bag.(this is the 400 size i have)just buy one and enjoy your photography.hope this is helpful and dont forget the best camera is the one you have with you and not the one left at home in that big bulky bag.

Excellent - bought for my daughter's Nikon D3000 with Tamron 18 - 200 mm lens - fits perfectly! Nice quality and looks cool too.
