If you want to learn about crossfit and you are a beginner this is Not the book to buy. I don't know if there is a word for before beginner but if there is that is what this is for... You won't even know where to start. This is NOT a book. I read the entire thing in less than 1 hour. It lists a few exercises and that is it!!!! The author should be ashamed of himself, Amazon needs to get this off their site. I have never ever been so disappointed with a book like this book. Go to crossfit.com and in the introduction of that site you will learn more then what you will with this book....
