3.0 out of 5 stars It's ok if you know what you're doing. 23 July 2014

This seems like a fairly basic book on kettlebell workouts. If you're semi familiar with kettlebell workouts then you'll like the fact that it has a bunch of work outs on demand that you can use. However if you're new to kettlebells then you may need to read another book. The one thing I felt this book was lacking was images on how to do the exercises in the workout on demand so if you've never heard of some of these you're kind of out of luck.

This should have been called list of confusing jargon. I thought I was getting a book with instructions, pictures would also have been a plus. If you look up the terms and find out what exercises you are attempting then this book might be of more use to you. Definitely do not try with out your decoder manual.

As a kettlebell enthusiast and instructor I give this book 2 stars because of one reason. There is no progression. The workouts are just random. They don't mean anything. Results in fitness are progression based.

No pictures to demonstrate position. If you already know them, you don't need the book. I had a hard time understanding the written descriptions of the movements.
