The Limited Edition Union Jack slow cooker has been produced by Crock-Pot not only to celebrate the London Olympics, but everything that is British which may be cooked within it. The slow cooker is a compact unit with a 3.5l capacity, 3 heat settings (Low, High and Keep Warm) and benefits from having a removable stoneware cooking pot, ideal for serving from the table. The stoneware and glass lid are also both dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Recipes are included. The whole unit comes with a 2 year limited warranty.

As well as being a stylish looking item this slow cooker really lived up to expectations. It is capable of producing soups, stews and other tasty meals with enough left over for me to take to work for lunch the next day. OK, so it doesn't have a heat indicator light but it's easy to see that it's operating just by looking at the glass lid and seeing the condensation, not to mention that the sides get hot when it's operating. It also has a keep warm function which is an improvement over our last slow cooker. I'd say that this cooker is ideal for two, or for a family of four and we are really pleased with it.
