The book concerns itself discussing the stakeholders and their roles in implementing CRM. If you want to get a feeling of CRM concepts and basic workflow this is not the book to read.

I would have named it as Preparing to opt CRM, or Moving to CRM.

P.S. Just to clarify, when it says "...it provides an introduction to CRM" it simply means answering the question what CRM is. Do not expect for more.
