The book concerns itself discussing the stakeholders and their roles in implementing CRM. If you want to get a feeling of CRM concepts and basic workflow this is not the book to read.

I would have named it as Preparing to opt CRM, or Moving to CRM.

P.S. Just to clarify, when it says " provides an introduction to CRM" it simply means answering the question what CRM is. Do not expect for more.
