I just purchased the Kindle e-book version and discovered how poorly formatted it is. There are barely any line breaks in between paragraphs, headings, and list items; as a result, you get page after page of "walls of text", making the book a chore to read.

This is quite disappointing. Is there a way to contact the authors / publishers so this oversight could be corrected, so that readers who purchased the book could benefit for a proper book that isn't a headache to read?

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)
