India is the most ancient nation, its civilisation existed even before Rome and Egypt came into being. It is the nation called Bharat-Varsh, a continent in its own right. The Rishis (ancient scientists) invented and discovered a number of things that are being used even today and the world have done better due to these inventions. For example, the numeric system particularly 'ZERO', decimal system, astronomy and advanced warfare machine were all invented by ancient Indians. It was (and is) land of great riches, a golden land.
For its riches and its human customs and culture, the land was attracted to foreigners. These new comers instead of appreciative of the greatness, they came as invaders and looters. So what these invaders did - be it Moghuls and Muslims, Europeans such as British and Portuguese - they all committed atrocities to most brutal kind to Indians and tried to destroy its rich culture and Vedic Faith. The new generation is not aware of all these and this book highlights all these inhumane treatments experienced at the hand of those foreigners. It gives panoramic insight of the history for last one thousand years and what can be done to bring glorious India back. It is most versatile piece of literature which every one should read.

Excellent book and customer service

This is one of the most insightful and knowledge-giving books I have ever read. I never knew India had so much in store and share. I never knew India has suffered the worst phases in human history, yet retaining its culture, knowledge and truths. Excellent book. Great quality and service. Right on time. I recommend this book to all interested in Indian culture and knowledge. You will never regret it.
